The Workshops

The only way a company grows and transforms is if its talent grows and transforms

Over forty years Rishad Tobaccowala has been prescient in seeing the future, explaining the impact of changes but most importantly delivering solutions and inspiring teams to ensure they remain relevant and thrive in changing times.

During the past four as an author, speaker and advisor Rishad has met with over 100 firms in every category, of every size around the world and helped them in the four key areas they are all grappling with. 1) Leading through Change, 2) Growth, 3)Building Great Culture and 4) Thriving in a world of AI and other tech.

Rishad has created 90-minute workshops on each topic which is customized to each individual Client. Companies sometimes ask for all four and some for just one. They are very popular not just due to the actionable inspiration and practical implementation but the fact that each is customized and highly cost effective.

Each workshop costs $10,000 virtually and $20,000 in person in North America (all travel and out of pocket included). Multiple workshops cost less with many firms combining 2 in person and 2 virtual for a total cost of $50,000. There is no limit to attendees and Clients are allowed to tape for internal sharing. No advance payment and no cancellation costs.

“Over three decades, I’ve learned from Rishad at his provocative best at the intersection of marketing, tech, and data. In this outstanding book, Rishad paints a world where technology and data are omnipresent. But not omnipotent. Rishad reflects on his own journey and proves that the challenge of leadership is taking advantage of, yet looking beyond, material data streams to find the soul of every human that a business impacts. And that, like the journey of Buddha, is the path that wise and purpose-driven business leaders take to unleash the full potential of business and society.”
